Day 1
September 12th
With an early morning flight I decided to stay at the Gatwick Belmont Guesthouse, a bed and breakfast just around the corner
from Gatwick Airport.
After some breakfast and being transported to the airport, I checked in and waited for departure. At 11:30am I was on my way to Florida. After nearly 9 hours, 3 different
films and a few meals we touched down at Orlando International.
Me and My rental car
I made my way through customs and went onto pick up my rental car, a Mitsubishi Lancer. I found driving to be a pleasure. I made my way to
International drive, and to the Quality Inn. I arrived at around 3:15pm local time, (or 8:15pm GMT).
I checked in, found my room and had a walk round the hotel before settling in for some much needed sleep.
